Job summary

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in Georgia. You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients aged 18 months and older in a busy clinic setting.

The role requires prescribing, diagnostics, preventive care, women's health services, chronic disease management, and collaboration with physicians. Schedule includes 3-4 days per week with every-other-weekend coverage; compensation is $78 per hour and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ years of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physicals.
• Conduct women's health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies.
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
