Job summary

Cape Fox Shared Services ( A Cape Fox Company ) is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide real-time support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development and pre-LOR activities. You will guide program teams with technical and strategic expertise, ensuring compliance with USAF Security Assistance programs and robust stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and case development.
Ability to provide technical and strategic guidance to program teams.
Strong coordination with USAF, international partners, and security organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide SME guidance on FMS case development, LOR, and LOA processes.
Identify requirements, acquisition planning, sustainment strategies, and training needs for FMS programs.
Coordinate with USAF, DSCA, AFMC, and industry partners on project activities.
Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments for FMS programs.
Prepare FMS documents including P&A data, LOA documents, and MTDS.
