Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks an Associate Security Cooperation Specialist to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DE&C).

You will serve as a responsible Army staff officer for an assigned portfolio of partner nations, supporting all aspects of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) lifecycle and broader security cooperation activities. While operating with a high degree of independence on daily tasks, you will work within a team environment,

Qualifications

• Master's degree and minimum four years of direct FMS/SC experience preferred.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree and minimum eight years of direct FMS/SC experience.
• Experience managing FMS case lifecycle, 36(b)s, waivers, and security cooperation actions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate FMS strategies and campaign plans.
• Lead review and coordination of security cooperation actions for assigned country portfolio.
• Analyze policy and ensure compliance with law, SAMM and transfer requirements.
• Coordinate with ASAE, DSCA, JCS, OSD and State for interagency actions.
• Prepare trip books, information papers, and briefings for GO/SES meetings.
• Staff complex FMS/SC actions for senior leadership review.
