Job summary

Forge Group, LLC seeks a Security Cooperation program lead to support DISA engagements and DoD client relations. The role focuses on FMS program management, briefings, and process improvements in a hybrid Fort Meade setting.

The ideal candidate has DoD SECRET clearance, 5+ years in SC programs, and experience leading teams with strong analytical and cross‑group collaboration skills. Fort Meade, MD onsite two days weekly with NCR remote work.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with DoD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• 5+ years of program management experience including support to DoW and SC/FMS programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides subject matter expertise on FMS processes and policies and supports financial deliverables.
• Oversees international engagements with senior officials and prepares briefs and after action reports.
• Uses MS Excel and Power BI to improve data visualization and efficiency.
• Coordinates SOP development and compliance with administrative requirements.
• Leads team onboarding/offboarding and provides regular feedback to contractor staff.
