Job summary

Serco is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support the F-35 JPO Propulsion PMO in Crystal City, VA. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance management for the F135 engines across development, production, and sustainment.

You will work with a team of F-35 analysts and PMs, requiring DoD acquisition knowledge, SA/SC program familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 25% to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3 years of related experience in international acquisition programs (total 6 years)
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Experience with DoD/SA/SC programs and international cooperation in acquisition, technology and logistics
• Knowledge of FMS sales process from case development to closure is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (CONUS and OCONUS)

Responsibilities

• Assist Propulsion PMO in managing cost, schedule, and performance for F135 across lifecycle
• Assist Propulsion PMO as propulsion system integrator for F-35 Air System
• Assist Propulsion PMO in managing propulsion systems risks
• Assist Propulsion PMO in sustaining engines for U.S. services, partners, and FMS customers
• Support Propulsion PMO in managing production at three assembly plants
