Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Analyst to support the F‑35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) in Crystal City, VA. You will manage DA&A functions, coordinate with USAF, and ensure rigorous documentation and configuration management for the F‑35 program lifecycle.

You will attend meetings, analyze configuration data, and develop guidance per AFI, with travel up to 10%. A DoD Secret clearance and relevant defense acquisition experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in international acquisition programs.
• Associates degree and total 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in defense acquisition program management for weapon systems.
• Familiarity with DoD Instructions and IC in AT&L Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Attend and administer F‑35 technical meetings (virtual and site).
• Record and analyze F‑35 configuration data.
• Develop file management guidance per AFI.
• Support CM Government Lead with deliverables.
• Provide detailed documentation management for F‑35.
• Review air system change management docs and track through approval boards.
• Assist Systems Engineer with contractor design docs and coordinate with USAF.
• Support preparation of unclassified and classified briefings to USAF officers.
