Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking an FMS Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's PEO IWS. This role is predominantly remote but requires DMV residency with possible on-site as needed.

The analyst will manage Security Assistance Programs and FMS cases, draft correspondence, perform P&A/LOA analysis, and prepare PMR materials. Travel may be domestic and international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Active DOD Secret security clearance.
• 4–7 years of Navy FMS program office experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NAVSEA's PEO IWS with day-to-day management of Security Assistance Programs and FMS cases.
• Draft letters and documentation for multiple FMS cases.
• Research and analyze Price & Availability (P&A) and LOA.
• Prepare docs for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.
• Provide data and briefs, PMR docs, meeting minutes, and country correspondence.
• Communicate with US and foreign Points of Contact (POCs).
• Respond to data calls from FMS Authorities.
• Travel domestically and internationally; provide on-site support and obtain required certifications.
