Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full-time FMS Management Analyst in Patuxent River MD. The FMS Management Analyst, Journeyman supports the efforts of Case Managers/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs, primarily Australia.

With the FMS team, under direction, assists in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in compliance with ITAR, SAMM and DoD policy. The role involves tracking schedules, document reviews, data management, and coordination with domestic and

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge to help inform case execution.
Experience with AMS Tools (CSPT, PMT, CDRL) desired.
High level of proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies government processes for documentation and data management.
Tracks release of controlled documents to foreign nationals and governments.
Reviews, updates and sanitizes technical documentation for FMS disclosures and classifications.
Generates and maintains FMS schedule and meetings calendar reflecting milestones.
