Job summary

Credence in Wright Patterson AFB, OH, seeks an Enterprise Administration Operations Management Analyst (journeyman) to support the AFLCMC/WJ mission, focusing on program management, engineering, and logistics.

The role requires an active secret security clearance, a related degree with three or more years in the DoD domain, or seven years with relevant certifications; duties include coordinating with base agencies, preparing detailed reports, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an active or current secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
• OR, seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.

Responsibilities

• Interact with lateral organizations or external agencies to facilitate day-to-day operations.
• Serve as OM point of contact; analyze and evaluate OM activities using trend data.
• Keep senior management informed of progress and provide recommendations.
• Research and determine appropriate actions; interpret issues impacting the organization.
• Provide instructions and training on staff packages in MS SharePoint and SOCCER systems.
• Track and ensure completion of OM suspense items, eSSS, staff packages, and related docs.
• Advise on policy revisions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with base organizations and DoD agencies.
• Meet with customers to assess satisfaction and resolve issues.
