Job summary

Mantech seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst in Washington, DC, a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite. You will support the Japan programs under PMW 680, coordinating with the USG Japan Aegis Team on acquisition and technical support for the Aegis Combat System.

The role includes CDRL oversight, PARM collaboration, and cross-functional work with Navy and industry partners; travel up to 25% to Japan and U.S. sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in U.S. Navy combat system engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience with the AEGIS combat system
• Experience tracking Navy Programs through design and testing
• Experience collaborating with Navy PARM or similar stakeholders to resolve issues

Responsibilities

• Requirements review to improve CDRL oversight/quality
• CSE IWG admin management (minutes, action tracking)
• PMW 680 cross-functional collaboration for safety, system security and test reviews
• PARM collaboration lead – ATR, IWS 5, Dahlgren Safety, IW3L
• CSE CDRL review, management, input for CPARs
• Technical collaboration between PMW 680, Lockheed Martin and Japanese Navy for system design, installation, testing, deployments
• Up to 25% travel, including Japan, NSWC PHD, Moorestown, NJ
