SAIC's PMA-251 program seeks a Logistics Specialist to provide integrated logistics support (ILS) for Foreign Military Sales cases, focusing on the Future French Aircraft Carrier program, EMALS, and related equipment.

You will coordinate provisioning, configuration management, and sustainment across DoD, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, OEMs, and international customers, ensuring timely, compliant delivery within FMS frameworks. Must have a DoD Interim Secret clearance and strong DoD/Navy logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Interim Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years in logistics or ILS; equivalent DoD logistics experience considered.
• Experience with DoD and Navy logistics principles and life-cycle management.
• Proficient with DoD provisioning tools (MBPS, CMPRO, ICAPS, CDMD-OA) and MS 365 suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with government, contractors, and international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and execute ILS elements across multiple FMS cases and NAVAIR/NAVSEA programs.
• Coordinate with logistics leads and international customers to track sustainment deliverables.
• Maintain ILS certification packages and configuration management databases.
• Create and update provisioning work packages; coordinate with NAVSUP for supply data.
• Monitor shipments and installation status; provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Contribute to FMS logistics planning documents and material handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, NAVAIR, and FMS logistics standards across programs.
• Participate in IPTs, TIMs, and PMRs to provide logistics input and close actions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor FMS deliverables and long-term sustainment planning.
