Job summary

Vectrus, Inc is seeking a FMS Financial Analyst Journeyman to support the Danish Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) MH-60R Foreign Military Sales program at NAVAIR PMA-299. The role requires Navy ERP experience, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with FMR/FAR. The candidate will interface with the U.S.

Government FMS Business Financial Manager and perform cost accounting, documentation, and reporting tasks with MS Office tools, including Excel and SharePoint. U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Management Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or Finance with 1–2 years experience.
• Or Associate’s Degree with 2–3 years of experience.
• Or High School Diploma with 3+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Navy ERP to perform financial execution functions and MISIL to track all commitments, obligations, and expenditures for FMS case funds.
• Assists with development of appropriate acquisition documentation for FMS products and services.
• Analyze information from MISIL, DSAMS, SCIP, Navy ERP, or other FMS Case Management and financial systems or tools, and case files.
• Perform managerial / cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, workload, acquisition, document management, system support, and financial analyses.
• Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with commitments, obligations, and expenditures; reconcile FMS cases utilizing MISIL and Navy ERP.
