Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Financial Analyst for an upcoming effort in the Fort Meade, MD area. The role supports foreign military sales (FMS) financial management, reconciliation, case closure and process compliance for DISA’s international acquisition mission.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in a business field and have at least three years in financial management, with familiarity in DSAMS, CISIL, SCIP and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or Economics.
• At least three (3) years of financial management experience.
• FMS-related systems knowledge including DSAMS, CISIL and SCIP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare funding documents and load financial information into FMS and related DoD systems.
• Maintain electronic case and funding document files via SharePoint and drives.
• Retrieve and analyze DoD financial reports to reconcile FMS/BPC transactions.
• Prepare and coordinate voucher corrections and funding packages for submission.
• Support FIAR compliance and maintain SOPs for FMS/BPC tasks.
