We are currently seeking a FMS Configuration Management Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide configuration management Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS Team.


Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under the direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.


Duties:



  • Provide Configuration Management (CM) support for developmental projects in accordance with established processes. This will include version control of all hardware, software, and missile block versions.

  • Review CM policy documentation to ensure consistency with modification, upgrades, safety, and installation program requirements in support of the Tomahawk Weapon System.

  • Analyze draft ECPs and technical comments concerning changes for CCB review.


Required Experience:



  • Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience

  • Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.


Required Education:



  • AA/AS degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.


ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:



  • Three (3) years' additional relevant work experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.

  • Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.


Desired Experience:



  • Experience related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS is required.

  • Experience in identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) is required.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
