Qualifications

  • US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance.
  • 1–2 years as an analyst supporting a Program Office within the Naval Sea Systems Command.
  • Strong written, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for the Undersea Weapons Program Office (PMS 404) for the Team SUB UWWS program.
  • Coordinate across financial, technical, and programmatic levels to assist in acquiring military technology for partners and allies.
  • Support FMS case development activities, including precreation of price and availability packages, DSAMS entry, and LOA modifications.
  • Coordinate with Field Activity technical experts and other organizations to address FMS customer inquiries.
  • Draft memorandums, presentations, financial reports, LOAs, meeting minutes, and White Papers.
  • Track action items and coordinate reviews; support logistics for foreign partner materials.

Key responsibilities include supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, coordinating with technical experts, preparing official documents, drafting various types of communications, and facilitating stakeholder interactions.
