Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the Life Cycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and related logistics/financial domains.
• Experience working with DSAMS for LOR data and tracking metrics.
• Knowledge of DSCA SAMM processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, analytics, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on pre Letter of Request (LOR) and case development activities to speed LOR to LOA cycle per DSCA.
• Assist in program management, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, integration, lifecycle logistics, and training.
• Interface with international customers, contractors, DSCA, SAF/IA, AFMC centers, NSA, AFSA Training Center, and AFSAC.
• Track DSCA-prescribed metrics and enter LOR data into DSAMS.
• Support acquisition processes and Security Assistance reviews and management.
• Aid in developing Manpower Requirements Package, MTDS, and SAMRS.
• Assist with MTCR reviews and future sustainment planning.
• Create Excel workbooks combining multiple government systems and reports.

We are currently hiring an experiencedForeign Military Sales Analyst (FMS Analyst) to work from Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio. Active Secret Clearance is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise on pre Letter of Request (LOR) and case development activities, including writing LOR and establishing, developing and executing requirements, in order to speed up the LOR to Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) cycle time as per Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).
• Assist in program & systems management, scheduling, risk management, budgeting/funding, integration, life cycle logistics, staging, storage, transportation assessments/planning, surveys, and training
• Interface with international customers, program’s prime contractor, DSCA, SAF/IA, AFMC, other AFMC centers, National Security Agency (NSA), Air Force Security Assistance Training Center (AFSAT), and the Air Force Security Assistance Directorate (AFSAC)
• Conduct tracking DSCA-prescribed metrics and entering LOR data into Defense Security Assistance Management (DSAMS)
• Support internal Directorate acquisition processes and strategies
• Assist in preparation of Security Assistance Pre-Program Management Reviews and Program Management Reviews
• Aid in developing the Manpower Requirements Package (MRP), Manpower Travel Data Sheet (MTDS), and Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS)
• Assist with the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) review
• Assist with planning, organization, and control of FMS case requirements, as well as future sustainment support
• Create excel workbooks combining several government systems and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5-7 years’ experience in the Life Cycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and its related fields of logistics, financial management, military educations and training, transportation, and database management tools.
• Experience working within DSAMS systems developing with pricing for the Letter of Acceptance.
• Knowledge of DOD FMS processes and procedures as outlined in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
• Experienced in tracking DSCA-prescribed metrics and entering LOR data into DSAMSgovernment system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, and Outlook) as well as SharePoint
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytics, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
