Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college work or completion is preferred.
• 1 year related experience and/or training, or an equal combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and interpret manuals, write routine reports, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of corporate compliance policies, procedures, and training for all personnel.
• Maintain internal DOT compliance and monitor Driver Qualification records for FMCSRs, MVR monitoring, and related records.
• Report on and maintain records of driver violations including Citations, CSA violations, Out of Service criteria, and company policies.
• Maintain recordkeeping related to CSA scores, logging trends, and safety training.
• Complete onboarding audits for accuracy to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of recordkeeping for drug testing policy and FMCSR-related items.
