Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC systems and controls knowledge are required.
• Experience with high pressure boiler/steam plant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of RCM and PT&I principles is expected.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance work includes assembly, disassembly, cleaning, calibration, troubleshooting, and basic reprogramming of control logic.
• Ensure operational reliability of all alarms and sequences on the FMCS.
• Monitor steam plant operation and adjust equipment for optimum performance.
• Replenish consumables used in building and infrastructure support systems.
• Assist in implementation/enhancement of the RCM program and analyses.
• Provide PM/RCM training and update records and PM tasks.
• Perform street light rounds and related duties as required.
