Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English verbal and written skills.
• Experience in the FMCG / Factory Operations industry required.
• Mechanical training or fault-finding experience required.
• 3+ years leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leading a shift team of up to 15 associates contributing to targets.
• Accountable for performance of several machines, processes, or equipment.
• Coach and lead the logistics team to meet goals.
• Understand major plant functions and collaborate across levels.
• Escalate issues; provide clear verbal and written handover.
• Repair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience.
