Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor operators and coach to ensure accurate data and timely actions.
• Ensure timely JTMs and attendance of required personnel.
• Maintain standard running conditions and represent operations in meetings.
• Create weekly crew plans for non-core tasks like hygiene, quality and safety.
• Ensure QSSM compliance and coordinate with R&D for amendments.
