Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing P&L and commercial budgets.
• Willingness to travel to Randburg/Gauteng and designated regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform commercial strategies.
• Oversee the P&L for the commercial division and ensure profitable growth.
• Develop and manage the commercial budget effectively.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and build brand visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and team performance.
