Bass Pro Shops Rocklin is hiring a Fly Fishing Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations in a full-time role. You will greet shoppers, demonstrate gear, and guide purchases, while keeping shelves stocked and accurately signed.

The position emphasizes product knowledge and promoting store programs. Starting pay is $17.00–$19.75 per hour with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and friendly.
• Provide information, assistance and direction to customers.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to drive sales.
• Replenish and restock merchandise according to Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain product expert through ongoing knowledge training.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and ensure pricing/signage accuracy.
