Trillium Construction Services is seeking Flux Core Welders for a fabrication shop in Decatur, Alabama. This full-time role offers $26+ per hour based on experience, with a $28 rate for candidates who can also fabricate structural steel. Expect 40-60 hours per week and no per diem.

Proficiency in FCAW and safety compliance are required. Candidates must pass a 9-panel drug screen and background check; OSHA 10 is preferred. Benefits include health insurance and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW welding on carbon steel as directed.
• Weld test positions including 3G uphill and root/final cap visuals.
• Follow safety rules and quality standards on site.
