Job summary

StaffSource is seeking an experienced Flux Core Welder (FCAW) to join a Clinton, TN fabrication team. The ideal candidate will weld structural steel, read blueprints or shop drawings, and set up welding equipment.

You will inspect welds for quality, follow safety procedures, and contribute to timely project completion. This full-time, on-site role offers pay starting at $20–$23 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with flux core welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to measure, fit, and position steel components.
• Basic understanding of welding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform flux core welding on steel components.
• Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for quality and proper fit-up.
• Use grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed.
