Cathay Bank is seeking an experienced AVP, Loan Portfolio Officer to manage and monitor an existing commercial loan portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager to maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will oversee credit underwriting and ensure adherence to Bank policies while delivering top-notch service.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial lending experience, strong financial analysis skills, and organizational abilities. A competitive salary of $80K – $95K per year is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
AVP, Loan Portfolio Officer (LPO) is responsible for maintaining and monitoring an existing commercial loan portfolio. The LPO works closely with the Relationship Manager who owns the relationship for these accounts. The LPO maintains close contact with clients and leverages the relationship to identify and bring in additional new business opportunities, both in loans and the Bank’s other products and services. The LPO provides best-in-class service to loan clients while following Bank policies and procedures.
$80K – $95K / year
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
