Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Fluoroscopy Tech at the OU Physicians Clinic imaging department. This full‑time role supports real‑time fluoroscopic imaging in invasive and operative settings, aiding physicians with accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

The position offers opportunities across levels 1–3 based on experience, with a focus on safety, patient comfort, and high-quality imaging. Night shifts and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited imaging/radiology program or completion of a qualifying military program accepted in lieu.
• BLS certification required upon hire; ARRT(RT) certification within 12 months of hire.
• Level 2/3 require an Associate’s Degree and 3–5+ years experience for Fluoroscopy Tech.
• Ability to perform image-guided procedures with fluoroscopy following protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist Providers during image-guided procedures using fluoroscopic methods.
• Administer contrast safely per protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment and prepare studies for physician reporting.
• Maintain sterile field and monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
• Transfer images/data to EHR and conduct quality checks on procedures.
