Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Fluoroscopy Tech for the OU Physicians Clinic. The role involves real-time fluoroscopic imaging in invasive and operative settings, with responsibilities across patient prep, medication administration, imaging, and data transfer.

Positions are available at levels 1–3 based on experience, education, and licensure. Candidates should have ARRT credentialing, 0–5 years of experience depending on level, and BLS.

Qualifications

• BLS certification (AHA) required on hire.
• ARRT RT certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Graduate of ARRT or JRCERT program; military education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist Providers in image-guided fluoroscopic procedures following protocols.
• Administer contrast safely per protocols.
• Operate radiologic/fluoroscopy equipment and document results.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to safety standards.
• Prepare patients and monitor vital signs during procedures.
• Transfer images/data to EHR and prepare studies for physician reporting.
• Perform quality control and equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Support QA and teaching of students or new staff.
