SMART Pain Management, LLC seeks a Radiology Tech/Procedure Care Tech to provide direct patient care in our Ambulatory Surgical Center. You will enter intake data and provider orders in the EMR, record vital signs, and help move patients through pre-op and recovery while upholding HIPAA and infection-control standards.

Requirements include fluoroscopy experience and current fluoroscopic certification, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support physicians during procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of general fluoroscopy experience.
• Current fluoroscopic certification/license.
• Working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain professional relationships and work in a team.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Perform fluoroscopy and radiology procedures as directed by physicians.
• Position patient and equipment to obtain optimum views.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Record vital signs and medical history; verify patient identity.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedure rooms.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation.
• Assist physicians during procedures and monitor patient safety.
• Train staff on fluoroscopy responsibilities and ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control.
