Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Fluids Engineer to design, build, and activate fluid systems for power plants and related generation infrastructure. You will apply thermodynamics, fluid flow, and control theory to design and analyze complex plant processes, and coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and controls teams.

The role involves hands-on fabrication and commissioning support, field troubleshooting, and close collaboration with operations to ensure long-term operability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 1+ years working with fluid systems or process engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred with 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and activate fluid systems for power plants.
• Model piping assemblies and perform piping stress analysis.
• Read and develop piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline engineers to finalize system design.
• Oversee fabrication and installation in field.
• Troubleshoot system performance during operation and commissioning.
