Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Supervisor of the Fluids Factory to lead a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians responsible for fabricating fluid lines for Terran R production. This role drives daily operations, prioritization, and on-time delivery with a focus on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing with at least 2 years in people leadership, strong communication, and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience or related field with at least 2+ years as a people leader.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with welding processes including GTAW and OTW and applying Lean principles.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of fabricators, welders, and assembly technicians with daily direction and coaching.
• Set and maintain priorities to meet evolving program schedules and ensure on-time, in-spec hardware.
• Help establish process standards and hold the team accountable for quality.
• Communicate progress to upper management and propose solutions for blockers.
