JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Fluid Power Technician in Holland, MI for a full-time hourly role on onsite projects. You will assemble equipment, troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and quality while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of fluid power experience, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. Journeyman’s card preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years’ fluid power experience.
• Journeyman’s card preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation.
• Pipe threading, fittings identification and symbols.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Assemble equipment per approved design and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
• Read blueprints and schematics; identify fittings and symbols.
• Install piping and hoses; document changes and communicate issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; work with project teams.
• Contribute to ISO/Quality standards and safe work practices.
