Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Deployment Electrician in Holland, MI. You will assemble equipment per designs and customer specs, troubleshoot electrical systems, and read schematics, working onsite with a travel-heavy schedule.

This role requires physical work, safety focus, and ability to obtain licenses such as Hi-Lo, Aerial Platform, and Overhead Crane. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to NEC, ISO standards, and quality

Qualifications

• Basic computer and wiring skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in electrical systems.
• Focus on safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following directions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment per approved designs and customer specs.
• Troubleshoot wiring and circuits; ensure NEC compliance.
• Document changes and communicate progress to the project team.
• Assist with ISO/Quality standards implementation and adherence.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and support travel requirements (80%).
• Support installation and wiring of machines in the field as needed.
