Equivalent experience is calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study.* Related vocational education preferred.* Journeyman’s card preferred.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel navigation.* Proficiency in schematic interpretation, pipe threading, fitting identification, and fluid power symbols.* Strong mechanical aptitude with a safety‐ and quality‐focused mindset.* Ability to maintain a steady work pace, including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and maneuvering around machinery.* Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience in the automation industry, is strongly preferred.* Travel required up to 25% including overnight and international.
