Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive failure analysis by disassembling and evaluating hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and gearboxes.
  • Restore critical hydraulic components to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards through meticulous rebuilding processes.
  • Utilize precision measurement tools to verify tolerances and ensure all internal parts meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
  • Interpret complex technical schematics and repair manuals to guide the systematic teardown and assembly of fluid power hardware.
  • Execute final performance testing and quality assurance protocols to guarantee operational reliability before components leave the shop.
  • Document all findings, parts replacements, and test data to maintain accurate repair histories and quality control records.
