Job summary

The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, entering orders, coordinating repairs, and recommending products from our lines. You will manage pricing, margins, and profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or related field.
• Preference for fluid power, hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial distribution experience.
• Understanding of pricing, gross margin, and profitability.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Proficient with ERP or order-entry systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotes using pricing, cost, and margin guidelines.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for fluid power products and applications.
• Coordinate repair orders and service orders with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP and related systems.
