RitterTech ParkerStore, an MCE Company, is hiring a Store Associate for hose, fittings and fluid power in Sturtevant, WI. You will help customers identify solutions, assemble hose assemblies, process quotes and orders in Profit 21, manage inventory, and represent the store to customers in the field.

Grow product knowledge in fluid power and serve industrial customers. If you are mechanically curious, enjoy helping people solve problems, and want a hands-on role in a fast-paced store environment,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word; learn Profit 21 and CRM.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED and 0–3 months related experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist walk-in, email, and telephone customers in identifying hoses, fittings, tubing, and couplings for industrial and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot customer needs and recommend the right product solutions.
• Actively work with the store manager, outside sales team, and manufacturer reps, including visiting customer sites and maintaining inventories.
• Follow up on quotes and orders via phone, email, or in person.
• Log all activities, opportunities, and contacts in CRM.
