ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Fluid End Mechanic in Midland, TX to inspect, diagnose, repair and swing fluid ends and to complete required reporting in ServiceMax following our standard repair procedures.

The role involves handling fluid end components, operating hydraulic fracturing pumps, and maintaining safety with PPE. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical associate degree is preferred. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are also needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic fracturing equipment.
• Forklift and air hoist certification required, or willingness to attend training and obtain certification.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Willingness to exercise Stop Work Authority in unsafe conditions.
• Ability to work under close supervision and adjust to rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and swing fluid ends; report in ServiceMax.
• Remove/replace packing, valves, seats and sleeves on fluid ends.
• Operate hydraulic fracturing pumps and related equipment.
• Maintain safety practices and PPE usage.
• Handle driving, lifting up to 50 lbs., and shift work including nights and weekends.
