Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities for frac equipment.
• Manage shop personnel and provide mentoring and coaching.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of frac equipment repairs and functions

Intricate knowledge of parts inventory processes

Advanced computer skills

Able to compose, send, and read emails in English

Ability to navigate and use Microsoft Office programs

Education

High school education or equivalent

Technical associate degree preferred

CAT certification courses (tier II engine, electrical, tier IV)

Air brake certified
