Job summary

Mycronic is seeking a Field Applications Engineer, Fluid Dispensing to join Axxon, part of our High Volume Division in Milwaukee, WI. You will support customers with post-sales service, system demos, and applications development for conformal coating and dispensing solutions.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree and 2–3 years in fluid applications or customer-facing projects, with a focus on electronics manufacturing and related solvents. Join a global leader in high-precision automation.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales and marketing experience.
• 2-3 years of fluid applications/process engineering or customer-facing technical project experience.
• Industry-specific experience in Conformal Coating or SMT processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer calls and email/phone communications.
• Provide post-sales process and system support.
• Troubleshoot machine issues by phone or on site.
• Assist in process optimization at the customer site or remotely.
• Coordinate with overseas factory to resolve issues and discuss new projects.
