Confidential Employer in the United States seeks an experienced litigation attorney to lead FLSA collective actions and Rule 23 class actions from intake through resolution, managing all phases of federal court litigation.
You will conduct investigations, draft pleadings, take depositions, and develop damages models while collaborating with elite attorneys across jurisdictions. This on-site role offers growth and a fast-paced, trial-focused environment across Jersey City, NJ, Wayne, PA, and DC.
Location: This role is based on-site at one of three exciting locations — Jersey City, NJ, Wayne, PA, or our upcoming Washington, D.C. office. While some flexibility exists, this is a team that thrives in person and moves fast together.
Note: Candidates must have 5+ years of federal court FLSA litigation experience with substantive, hands-on case management. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Multi-state admission is a strong plus.
