This role is based on-site at one of three exciting locations — Jersey City, NJ, Wayne, PA, or our upcoming Washington, D.C. office. While some flexibility exists, this is a team that thrives in person and moves fast together.
Candidates must have 5+ years of federal court FLSA litigation experience with substantive, hands‑on case management. This is a non‑negotiable requirement. Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Multi‑state admission is a strong plus.
