Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• The ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance is required.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Degree in Management or Business a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates an inspiring team environment with open communication; oversee day-to-day operations with the Department Supervisor.
• Conducts in-process quality checks and addresses non-compliance.
• Understands quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision.
• Ensures CGMP standards compliance.
• Sets clear team goals and delegates tasks with deadlines.
• Monitors team performance and reports hourly metrics; motivates and coaches.
• Listens to feedback and resolves conflicts.
