Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis, LLC in Euclid, Ohio is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the valve shop parts team within the Flowparts division. You will drive safety, quality, output, on-time delivery, and profitability while guiding capacity planning and cost management.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance, mentor staff, oversee make-buy decisions, and ensure accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of management experience in a production environment.
Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing personnel.
Strong ability to build relationships across functions (Engineering, Sourcing, Finance).
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the valve shop parts manufacturing team to meet Safety, Quality, Output, On Time Delivery, Productivity and Profitability goals.
Manage capacity planning, applied time, and overhead absorption.
Oversee budget and material costs; manage Raw Material and Stock Job Inventory.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance on execution and cost targets.
Support make-buy decisions to optimize division output and ensure accurate cost estimates.
Develop and coach staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews.
