Proven ability to improve workflows, quality, and cost performance.
Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of mechanical engineers.
Set goals, give feedback, and manage performance.
Drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize workflows to improve throughput and handoffs with production.
Identify risks early and take action to maintain quality, cost, and delivery.
Troubleshoot complex design and production challenges analytically.
Guide concept development, 3D modeling, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews.

Manage departmental budget and performance metrics.
Partner with production to improve efficiency and cost performance.
