Job summary

MD&A in Euclid, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the Flow Parts valve shop, driving safety, quality, output, and on-time delivery.

You will manage capacity, budgeting, raw material and stock inventory, and collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance to optimize flow parts output.

The role requires 10+ years in production management, strong leadership, and ERP experience (Epicor preferred); Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 10+ years of management experience in a production environment.
• Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Valve shop parts manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, output, on-time delivery, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Manage capacity planning, applied time, and overhead absorption.
• Owns raw material and stock job inventory and collaborates with Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance teams.
