Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Flow Line Technician for the Weekend Shift at Eastford, CT. This full-time role runs 6AM to 6PM, Friday through Sunday, and focuses on deburr, countersink, ream, and inspection of own work while adhering to Kaizen principles and company paperwork policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, Countersink, Ream.
• Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment and quick-check gauges.
• Use Kaizen to flow parts and drive down costs.
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time according to Company policy.
