Job summary

Bolzoni North America in Sulligent, AL, is seeking a Flow Line Coordinator to optimize materials flow and ensure on-time assembly of forklifts. You will coordinate sequences, manage lineside inventory, and expedite internal production to meet customer demand.

You will work with planning, purchasing, and fabrication, use SAP/SRM and AS400, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong problem solving and communication are essential, with a focus on steady improvements and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• BS with 1 year of manufacturing experience, required.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in heavy equipment or Big Lift-Truck systems industry, preferred.
• Problem solving and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forklift build flow under the SAP/SRM system to meet daily customer responsiveness and on-time performance.
• Provide quality components to manufacture forklifts based on production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Run NRK reports and resequence cells as necessary; distribute NRK tickets.
• Sequence reports and distribution of daily production documents.
• Run POS documents and distribute to fabrication and assembly daily.
• Maintain a constant flow of materials through manufacturing and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor reports daily to ensure correct documents are in production.
• Coordinate and enter Kanban orders on the AS400 system.
• Keep truck re-promise dates communicated in a timely and accurate basis.
• Coordinate ECN coordination with Engineering to minimize obsolescence
