Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Control Coordinator at our Auburn, Alabama site to coordinate the processing of all released jobs through the shop floor and support cross functional teams toward On-Time-Delivery to customers.

The role interfaces with Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Purchasing, Quality and Production Control to prioritize and expedite parts, generate status reports, and keep production flow smooth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of MRP methodologies and Lean principles.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Excellent English verbal, reading and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and prioritizes jobs through work cells and outside operations to meet On Time Delivery.
• Responsible for releasing production orders on time.
• Identify bottlenecks delaying critical jobs and communicate solutions.
• Status jobs and maintain updated remaining operation lists for released jobs.
• Maintain MRP accuracy for product lines.
• Review cell demand and capacity with Management.
