Job summary

Bolzoni Group is seeking a Flow Line Coordinator to oversee the smooth flow of components and materials for forklift assembly, ensuring build dates are met and customer demand is satisfied. The role requires coordinating with Senior Planner and Operational Buyers, managing NRK and Kanban processes, and maintaining accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

• BS with 1 year manufacturing experience is required.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in heavy equipment or Big Lift-Truck systems preferred.
• Functional knowledge of Demand Flow Technology and assembly and fabrication.
• Systems knowledge AS400, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NOMS, CORE, EDM preferred.
• Interdepartmental experience with planning, stores, scheduling, engineering, data control, and purchasing.
• Problem solving and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smooth and efficient flow of components and materials to meet production schedules.
• Analyze and coordinate forklift build under SAP/SRM to improve on-time performance.
• Provide quality components and materials to manufacture forklifts per production schedules.
• Manage lineside inventory and safety stock targets.
• Maintain documents to achieve build dates and ensure on-time delivery.
