Hubbard Pipe and Supply Inc invites you to join the Flow Development Program, inaugural West Territory cohort in 2026. This six-month rotational program trains across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Leadership, preparing high-potential associates for long-term leadership roles in the West Territory.

Participants will rotate through Charlotte, Sumter, Monroe, Gastonia, and Cornelius locations, gaining exposure to branch operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Associate's degree in plumbing trade can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.
• Ability to work in warehouse, office, and customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Leadership as part of the six-month program.
• Learn across West Territory branches (Charlotte, Sumter, Monroe, Gastonia, Cornelius).
• Develop leadership capabilities and cross-functional partnerships for long-term growth.
• Contribute to driving customer partnerships and process improvements.
